A free audit of your website
Tell me the address and I'll check every page: dead links, contact details that point at the wrong place, and whether search engines and AI assistants can actually read what your business does. Written up, no charge, no obligation.
What I check
- Every internal link, followed and tested. A dead Contact us menu item is the single most common thing I find, and the owner never knows.
- Your email and phone links, compared against the words on screen. Template leftovers like
mailto:[email protected]look perfect and go nowhere. - Structured data — whether a machine can see your business name, phone, address and the area you serve, or only that a website exists.
robots.txt, sitemap andllms.txt, which decide what crawlers and AI assistants are allowed to read.
What you get
A written report, by email, within two working days. For each issue: the page it's on, what's wrong, and the exact change that fixes it. If your site is in good shape, the report says so and you owe nothing — there's nothing to owe.
Run by Barry Marshall, who also builds Tasmania Biz Directory. The audit is free because most of the work is already done for every business in the directory — and because a report that finds nothing wrong is still worth sending.

Why free
Because the alternative is a cold email telling you your website has problems, which is a bad way to start. This way you see the evidence first and decide for yourself whether any of it matters.
If you want the fixes done, I'll quote for that separately. If you'd rather hand the report to your own web person, that's a perfectly good outcome.
